SLOPE RESCUE & INSURANCE

  • A fee of up to €275.00 plus VAT may be charged for first aid and rescue services on marked ski slopes. Additional costs may apply depending on the rescue operation.
  • According to Italian law, all skiers must have valid liability insurance. In addition, accident insurance covering slope rescue and first aid costs is strongly recommended. Further information is available at the ticket office.

DISCOUNTS

  • Kids U6 ski free of charge.
  • Kids aged 6–7.99 receive a free skipass when one accompanying adult purchases a regular non-discounted skipass for the same period. One kid per adult receives a free skipass.
  • Junior under 16 pay junior rates.
  • By accepting a skipass for a minor, the accompanying adult confirms acceptance of all transport regulations and assumes responsibility for the child’s safe use of the lift facilities.
  • Adults 16 years of age and older pay the adult rate.
  • Seniors aged 65 and over receive senior rates.
  • Guests with severe disabilities receive a 15% discount upon presentation of a valid disability ID.
  • All discounts require a valid ID. Self-declarations are not accepted, and the guest must be present at the ticket office.
  • Group discounts for 15 or more people are available on request. Additional discounts cannot be combined with special offers.

 

SKIPASS

  • Skipasses are personal, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Photos are automatically taken at lift access points to verify correct skipass use. Images are deleted automatically after the skipass expires. Lost, stolen, damaged, used or blocked skipasses are neither refunded nor replaced.
  • Misuse of skipasses results in immediate blocking and additional charges.
    Penalties for Ticket/Pass Misuse
  • Day Tickets
    Misuse of day tickets is subject to a flat-rate contractual penalty of EUR 150.00 for each case of misuse.
    The penalty applies regardless of the respective ticket/pass type: child, adult or senior.
  • Multi-Day Tickets
    For multi-day tickets, a flat-rate contractual penalty of EUR 300.00 is set for each case of misuse.
    Here too, no distinction is made according to the ticket/pass type.
  • Annual Passes
    In the event of misuse of annual passes, a flat-rate contractual penalty of EUR 500.00 applies for each case of misuse, plus a suspension of the pass for 2 weeks.
    The sanction also applies regardless of the pass type and takes effect from the first confirmed case of misuse.
  • Skipasses are only valid during normal operating hours. Separate tickets are required for night tobogganing at Klausberg.
  • The 3-hour ticket is valid from the first lift access.
  • All skipasses, except single rides and vending machine tickets, are issued on reusable keycards with a €5.00 deposit refunded upon return of the undamaged card.
  • Refunds for skipasses are only possible in the event of a ski accident and require a valid medical certificate issued locally or by a South Tyrolean hospital. Unused skipasses and bookings affected by pandemic-related travel restrictions, quarantine or illness may be refunded upon request.
  • If all lifts at Speikboden and Klausberg are closed due to a pandemic or epidemic, refunds are available according to the unused or remaining skipass period.
    • Unused skipasses and single rides will be refunded in full.
    • For multi-day skipasses, the difference between the purchased skipass and the effectively used skipass will be refunded. Example: if a 6-day skipass could only be used for 3 days, the difference to the price of a 3-day skipass will be refunded.
    • Skipasses and single rides lose their validity once a refund has been issued.
    • No refunds are provided for season passes. Instead, the validity of the pass will automatically be extended by the number of days the lift facilities were closed due to a pandemic or epidemic.

 

PRICES AND PRIVACY

  • The ticket complies with the requirements for a tax receipt (Decree of June 30, 1992).
  • Prices are according to the official price list and subject to change.
  • Mixed rates may apply during overlapping high and low season periods.
  • Use of skipasses implies acceptance of all sales conditions.
  • Personal data is processed according to applicable privacy regulations.

 

SLOPES

  • Slope classifications are indicative only.
  • Skiing outside official operating hours (before 8:30 AM and after 4:30 PM) is prohibited for safety reasons. Leaving marked slopes is forbidden due to avalanche risk and to protect local wildlife and nature.

 

LIABILITY

  • Winter sports activities are undertaken at your own risk. every skier must behave responsibly and adapt their skiing style to weather, snow and slope conditions. FIS slope rules and local ski regulations must be observed at all times.
  • Use of snow parks and family parks is at your own risk.

 

LIFT OPERATING HOURS

  • No compensation is provided in the event of operational restrictions or limited lift operations.
  • At the beginning and end of the season, some lifts and slopes may remain closed depending on snow conditions and visitor numbers.
