Cheese, ski and powder snow: South Tyrolean cheese specialities on the slope
Taste the best selection of South tyrolean cheese accompanied by a professional cheese sommelier!

On Wednesday of each week you can ski from one alpine hut to the next and taste the Best-Of togheter with a specialized sommelier. The tasting includes various hand made milk products from local dairy cooperatives. A ski instructor takes care of you and will bring you back safely.

The tasting will be led by Martin Pircher from Despar Market at Tubris in Sand in Taufers. The qualified cheese sommellier and beer expert will lead us into this fascinating world of food and take us to the farms and alpine pastures of his homeland with his stories.
